Dr. Franko hosted a free screening session for carpal tunnel syndrome on July 24th, 2024. The event featured a brief 15 minute lecture explaining Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms and treatment options. Following the presentation, all attendees received a free ultrasound assessment to measure their median nerve in the carpal tunnel and determine if their symptoms of numbness, tingling, weakness, and aching hands were related to carpal tunnel syndrome. The event was a huge success with over 20 people in attendance, some of whom were able to sign up for surgery immediately and obtain relief within a few days!
